Through a monthly membership, different users (managers) of the company may have access to formulate queries on diverse management topics, at any time and from any place. Managers may use several ways of communications:

Methodology

The query will be classified as “Standard” or “Advanced” in a maximum time of 20 minutes, regarding on its complexity. “Standard Queries” have a response time of 2 hours. “Advanced Queries”, which require more specific analysis, may have a response time between 1 to 2 days.
